Somewhere along the way, the IT staffing industry decided that people can be reduced to labels. Junior. Medior. Senior. Three words that are supposed to capture everything about a professional: their creativity, their problem-solving ability, their potential to grow. Large staffing firms treat talent like inventory: stack them in a database, tag them with keywords, and ship them out to whoever is buying. The professional becomes a number. The client becomes a ticket.

We believe every IT professional is unique. They do not belong in a box. We would rather lose a placement fee and keep our integrity.
