How It Started & Why It Matters
I spent years watching the IT staffing industry treat professionals like inventory. Labels everywhere: junior, medior, senior. As if years on a clock determined what someone could build. It frustrated me to no end.
So I started InitLabs. Not because I had a business plan or a growth strategy, but because I believed IT professionals deserved better. Better than being reduced to a line on a spreadsheet. Better than hidden margins and lock-in contracts that serve the agency, not the person.
