How does your pricing compare to traditional staffing agencies?
Most agencies hide their margins. We don't. Our fee structure is transparent from day one. You see exactly what you pay, what goes to the professional, and what our margin is. No hidden costs, no surprises on the invoice. We believe that if you have to hide your pricing, you probably can't justify it.
What if the professional doesn't work out?
We offer a guarantee period on every engagement. If it is not the right fit within the first weeks, we replace the professional at no extra cost. That said, our match rate is high because we vet on depth, not just technical skills, but culture, communication, and genuine motivation.
Can professionals eventually join our team directly?
Absolutely. After 12 to 18 months, we actively support the transition of professionals to your permanent team. No penalties, no buyout fees designed to keep you locked in. We see it as a sign of success, not a loss.
How quickly can you find someone?
Most placements happen within 2 to 3 weeks. For highly specialised roles it can take longer, but we are honest about timelines upfront. We would rather give you a realistic estimate than overpromise and underdeliver.

Do you only work in the Netherlands?
We are based in Wijchen but work with talent and clients across Europe. Many of our professionals work remotely or in hybrid setups, so geography is rarely a blocker. If the challenge is right, we will find the right person, wherever they are.
